I really relaxed last week at Worth Abbey (Jon has stuck up some pictures <a href=\"http:\/\/joninbetween.blogspot.com\/2008\/11\/cell-group-retreat.html\">here<\/a>) but having run on adrenaline through a very busy weekend I now feel like the alien pictured above. It seems like I&#8217;ve had a cold for more than two months without a break &#8211; not quite true as I do recall a couple of days of clear breathing &#8211; but I think I need to do some recuperation. Lots of small things have started to slip, and they&#8217;re mounting up.
