{"id":1618,"date":"2008-10-01T08:40:00","date_gmt":"2008-10-01T08:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elizaphanian.com\/?p=1618"},"modified":"2008-10-01T08:40:00","modified_gmt":"2008-10-01T08:40:00","slug":"reasonable-atheism-central-post","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elizaphanian.com\/?p=1618","title":{"rendered":"Reasonable atheism &#8211; central post"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This will be the central point to navigate the posts on atheism, both the &#8216;reasonable atheism&#8217; sequence and a handful of others.<\/p>\n<p>There are two things that I believe to be true:<br \/>&#8211; the prevalent form of atheism is irrational (and highly damaging); and<br \/>&#8211; Christianity is not irrational, when properly understood.<\/p>\n<p>For the avoidance of ambiguity, those two things do not entail that all Christianity is more rational than all atheism. I do not believe that to be true.
