Their role will be to lead and facilitate ministry in that area, not provide all that ministry themselves. They will, of course, be involved; but their main task will be to animate the ministry of the whole church.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/elizaphanian.blogspot.com\/2007\/01\/workload-priorities-vocation.html\">It&#8217;s been a while<\/a>, but I&#8217;m glad we&#8217;ve got there in the end.
