I was asked the other night what one film I would take with me to watch on the proverbial desert island, and my instant answer was ‘Magnolia‘. Which I don’t think I’d change on further reflection, though I might wish to have more! Came across this lovely post which explains one element in it. One day I might write a really long review of it – I’d focus on the prologue, in the same way that my thoughts about the fourth gospel focus on John 1 – it goes that deep.
